A grocery ramble becomes a checklist
You type
“Buy milk, eggs, bread, coffee and paper towels”
Ramblett makes
To-do
Buy groceries
- Milk
- Eggs
- Bread
- Coffee
- Paper towels
Later, “add batteries to the grocery list” puts batteries on the same list.
One box to type or speak anything. Ramblett saves it instantly, then AI turns it into to-dos, events and notes, with dates, reminders, checklists and topics.

You say
“High priority, remind me Friday morning to renew the car registration, put it under Car.”
Ramblett makes
To-do
Renew the car registration
Type or say whatever is on your mind into one box, in any order. It's saved the moment you send it, even when you're offline.
Ramblett works out what each thing is (a to-do, an event or a note) and picks up the details already in your words: dates and times, priority, reminders, checklists and topics.
Your phone reminds you 30 minutes before an event, or whenever you asked. Events and dated to-dos show on your calendar. To-dos you haven't touched in two weeks move to Archived, so your list stays short. Nothing is deleted.
Two everyday examples of what you type and what you get.

One ramble can hold several things, and each lands where it belongs. The event goes on your calendar; without “remind me”, its reminder comes 30 minutes before.
Ramblett keeps what you capture so it can sort it for you. Here is what that involves.
The words you capture, your topic names, the date and your time zone are sent to Ramblett's AI providers, OpenAI and Anthropic, so they can be sorted into to-dos, events and notes. Phone numbers and email addresses are removed first.
OpenAI and Anthropic work for Ramblett as service providers (organizing, search and answering questions about what you've saved) and don't use what they receive to train their models.
Your contacts, location, photos, name or email address. Ramblett never receives or stores audio: when you speak, your device's or browser's speech service turns it into text, on the device when it can.
Ramblett asks once, before anything is sent. You can stop at any time in Settings → Organizing, download all your data, or delete your account and everything in it.
You can sign in to Ramblett with Google, Apple or your email address. If you choose Google, Ramblett receives your Google account's name, email address and profile picture, and uses them only to create your Ramblett account and sign you in to it.
